Royce Imaging Pays Cash for your Trash

22 October 2014

The dumping of waste is of great environmental concern and overtaxed landfill space is abating. The manufacturing process involved in producing a new cartridge requires the burning of fossil fuel, specifically oil or natural gas. It takes on average, three quarts of burned oil to create just the cartridge shell, with more than 70 million cartridges produced annually and approximately 75% of empties end up on landfill sites. The effect on the ecology is devastating. We all know the consequences of oil spills on our South African coastline, with recycling we can make the difference. At Royce Imaging Industries we are committed to this cause.

At Royce Imaging we offer a free collection locally (Gauteng) of your empty toner or inkjet cartridges. We buy various virgin inkjet and laser cartridges.

Please request our latest empty buying list from sales@royceimaging.co.za as prices are subject to change without prior notice.

To ensure top prices are paid for your empty cartridge, follow these few pointers:
  • Return laser cartridges in the original box and black bag or a cardboard box.
  • Send back inkjet cartridges with the original foil, tape and box.
  • Colour inkjet cartridges have extremely sensitive nozzle plates, so return these loose out of the box and foil, without any tape on the nozzles.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Only virgin (original) inkjet cartridges are accepted and are subject to electronic testing and visual inspection before acceptance.
  • Only virgin (original) laser cartridges are accepted and are subject to visual inspection before acceptance.
